Sophie from Integral Equine Nutrition will be back on Sunday August 31 for another round of weigh ins due to popular demand!

She will also be offering a full and comprehensive dietary analysis.

Weigh In Only - $40
Nutrition Consultation (including weigh in) - $270

The club will not be charging for this fee but all must be pre booked on Nominate.

A minimum of 5 bookings for weigh in is required for this to go ahead!

CPEC Members Club – 2025 Equimillion Sponsorship

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
* Be a current financial member of CPEC Members Club (membership paid in full on Nominate Clubs).
* Be an active user of CPEC facilities and regularly participate in club activities such as clinics, training days, and other events.
* If you are not a current CPEC client, be a regular attendee at CPEC event nights.
* Be eligible to enter the 2025 Equimillion Championships in any discipline (amateur, open, or junior).
* Be an active volunteer, contributing to club activities such as event nights, working bees, pack-up rosters, park jump pack-up, arena mirror cleaning, etc.
* Commit to representing CPEC Members Club in a professional, respectful, and positive manner at all times, both in person and online.

Application Requirements

To apply, please email the following details to [email protected] by Friday, 15 August 2025:

* Your full name and contact details.
* Classes you intend to enter.
* Your horse’s race name.
* Your social media handles.
* A recent photo or short video of you and your horse in action.
* A written statement (maximum 200 words) explaining why you and your horse should be selected for sponsorship by CPEC Members Club.

The successful applicant will be announced on our social media pages on Wednesday, 20 August, 2025.

Sponsorship will cover the $1000 entry fee. (Nomination + Entry)
