Sovana is a little pocket of paradise in the heart of Terrey Hills, and is home to a family of wise and wonderful horses who partner with us to provide Equine Assisted Learning opportunities and personal development workshops.

When it comes to "just letting it go"... horses reign supreme. As prey animals, they are constantly alert to possible threats and danger. However, they have mastered the art of releasing tension immediately once the issue has passed.
What a wonderful reminder... that when we choose to just let go.... we quickly discover that all that we need is right beneath our feet and directly in front of our noses.🐴💜

So with all this rain the horses have been hanging out in the stables.... while Archie has stepped up to prove that PAL (Puppy Assisted Learning) is a wonderful thing! 🐕😂💜

Tracey and Maxime enjoyed some very special time with Sonny this week.... experiencing the power of meditation and breath work in the field, as he grazed quietly beside them, and then embarking on their first EAL session together as a bonded team.
Next Breathe session..... we will be introducing the crystal singing bowls into our "meditation with the horses." Can't wait!!! 😍
