We’re excited to announce that Barkin Beautiful is introducing a brand new Membership Program 🐾
Over the past few years, one of the biggest pieces of feedback we’ve received from clients has been how difficult it can be to secure ongoing grooming appointments during busy periods — especially around school holidays and Christmas.
To help create a smoother, more organised experience for both our clients and our team, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a new membership-based booking system designed to reward our regular grooming families with added convenience, consistency and priority access.
As the FIRST salon in our area to introduce this style of grooming membership, we are currently finalising the setup process and transitioning interested regular clients into the new system.
Our memberships have been designed to offer:

🎄 No more “Christmas in July” panic trying to secure December appointments — membership clients will receive priority access to peak booking periods before remaining spots are opened to casual bookings.

We also offer:
🥇 Gold Membership – 4 weekly alternating Full Groom & Tidy Groom appointments
🥈 Silver Membership – 6 weekly Full Groom appointments with priority scheduling & locked-in pricing
🥉 Bronze Membership – 8 weekly Full Groom appointments for clients wanting ongoing booking security
For clients who prefer more flexibility, casual appointments will absolutely still be available at Barkin Beautiful ❤️
From July onwards, casual bookings will simply operate a little differently, with a maximum of two future appointments able to be booked in advance. This helps us better manage availability while ensuring our regular membership clients can maintain their ongoing grooming schedules throughout the year.
Memberships are completely optional, but they are ideal for clients who value routine appointments, priority access and long-term booking security — especially during our busiest seasons.
At this stage, memberships are available for single-pet families while we fine-tune the system and continue building the best possible experience for our clients. Online bookings have been switched off for the time being whilst we adjust a few things in the system ready for the exciting new way of looking after your dogs!
