A huge thank you for your continued support throughout the year. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us and are committed to providing premium, caring service to every pup who visits.
Booking Updates
As we expect our capacity to be fully booked, we will be prioritising our regular customers. Effective immediately:
* We will be temporarily closing our books to new clients whose pups are not on a regular 4–8 week grooming schedule.
* Saturday appointments will be temporarily unavailable to new clients.
Existing Customers
For existing customers whose pups have not been groomed with us in the past 3 months:
* Appointment requests will be placed on a waitlist.
* Bookings will be offered based on your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
Price Adjustment
Please note that from 1 July 2026, prices for all grooming services will be adjusted.
