It's becoming more frequent that clients are arriving late to their appointments (with no heads up) and picking up late. Please please please arrive on time (if not, 5 minutes early) for your appointment! Being late sets my right behind and honestly, stresses me out.
Today alone I had 1 client pickup more than half hour late and another arrived more than 5 minutes late- so what does this mean? Well... Almost every groom is allocated a specific time (usually an hour) and then I allocate 10-15 minutes after said groom to clean, to have a break myself, refuel, grab a bite to eat, use the toilet... More importantly today, to throw up and settle my atrocious heartburn (thanks bub) π« It also guarantees dogs don't bump into each other. I love being one on one, not every client of mine likes other dogs and I groom some pretty reactive dogs so it ensures everyone is kept safe.
I've got 3 more weeks to go- please be on time ππΌπ©·
