🚨💔 URGENT – THIS PUPPY NEEDS HELP NOW 💔🚨

Please, before you keep scrolling! She could be euthanised ANY DAY NOW!

A puppy at only 5 months old ( approximately )

She came into Port Stephens pound with her sister, a rescue group stepped up and took her sister into care a few days ago.

She was left behind.

She is currently the only dog listed as available for adoption through Port Stephens Council. Out of all the dogs that have passed through those gates, she is the one still waiting.

Now she sits there alone, watching and waiting as nobody comes for her.

The reality is that pounds don’t give dogs unlimited time.

She has done absolutely nothing wrong.

She is not aggressive.
She is not dangerous.
She is not old.

She is just a baby who desperately needs someone to give her a chance.

Imagine being only five months old and losing everything you know. Imagine watching your sister leave while she’s left behind on her own in that pound!

🚨 PLEASE - This is SUPER urgent, and she needs the communities help!

Pearl is a confident, happy little puppy with a personality that shines as brightly as her name. The moment someone walks into the room, Pearl is there to greet them with a wagging tail and an enthusiastic welcome. She absolutely loves people and is always excited to make new friends.

This social butterfly thrives on companionship and loves being involved in whatever her humans are doing. Whether it's following you around the house, curling up beside you on the lounge, or snoozing contentedly in your lap, Pearl is happiest when she's close to her people.

Pearl is doing wonderfully in foster care. She sleeps through the night in her crate and wakes up to a clean bed each morning. She's already learning some basic manners and is beginning to sit patiently while waiting for her meals. Toilet training is also off to a great start. She absolutely loves praise and gets very excited when she's told she's done a good job.

Pearl is confident around other dogs and enjoys playing with the large resident dog in her foster home. She would love a home with a friendly canine companion to play with and learn from, but she could also thrive as an only dog if her family is home often and can provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and cuddles.

Like all puppies, Pearl will need ongoing training, socialisation, and guidance as she grows. She is looking for a home where she will be included in family life, welcomed indoors, and given all the love and companionship she deserves. 💕🐾

Meet Maggie, a sweet and affectionate girl who is ready to bring joy to her new perfect family.

Maggie loves nature walks and spending time with her people. She enjoys morning and evening walks and is an excellent door alert system.

She would thrive as a companion dog, possibly with another small dog as a sibling although she likes most of the attention. Due to her requirement for attention and engagement, Maggie needs someone at home most of the time to shadow and to continue her manners and house training. With a strong food drive, Maggie responds well to treats and training.

Maggie will require regular grooming and sleeps in her carer's bed. After recently birthing 3 puppies, Maggie has formed a close bond with her foster carers and foster fur siblings and would benefit from continued interaction eg playdates and sleepovers

Maggie currently lives with 3 foster dog siblings and is easy-going yet has not been tested with cats. She is not suitable for households with children.

A loving home that understands small companion breeds and can provide structure, patience, and consistency would be ideal for Maggie.
