Over thinking etc

Allows and nurtures our inner resources to be heard that are always there, yet we never really take notice unless we reach a POINT that calls SILENCE to step up.

In that silence, we can nurture and harness the inner strength, pure presence, stillness of our hearts and intrinsic nature; to move through our lives.

With this create a sense of belonging to ourselves, create an innermost loving relationship, with a knowing that a rock solid inner foundation is KEY to building and mastering OURSELVES.
