As we get very close to the middle of Winter we start to thinking about Spring not being too far away.
We have two Welsh Mountain Pony foals due this season, both are first time crosses for us.

Charmosa Celebrity (Glynyarra Park Cadence x Llanfairbryn Corn Silk) is due in October to Vanoca Park Lady Smith

Bellingara Tinsel Town (Snowdon Vale Peter Pan x Dalgangle Tinsel) is due in December to Woranora Peek A Boo

We are super excited for these foals and are counting down the days 🙌🏼☀️🌸

Established in 1997 we are a small pony stud located in Bendigo, Central Victoria. Showing and breeding Buckskin (& other dilute horses and ponies) of many breeds for over 20 years. Our current focus is on the wonderful breed of Welsh Mountain Ponies.

❄️ All Breeds Show Society Youngstock Show 2025 ❄️

We had a lovely day out for our last show of the season. The ponies were washed in the rain the day before and quickly rugged up as it was freezing!!
Tilly had a big day of learning. She threw out her manners whilst fidgeting for her presentation in the Jackpot class but otherwise was such a good girl all day. Miss Fleur was excellent as per usual, her last Youngstock show before she becomes a mare next season.

It has taken until June to have weather like this in Central Victoria. No rain just yet today but hopefully soon this afternoon. Dams and creeks are still empty but the ground has had a good soak over the weekend.

Branded, registered, ties, leads, stables, floats, wash, farrier done, wormed etc, all the hard work is done to set up this little lady for a wonderful future. Please note, as she is a weanling, a home experienced with raising young horses is required.

Penny may go over-height for her section A classes but otherwise will make a beautiful multi-registered in hand show pony as a youngster before being ready to move into your chosen discipline when older.

Penny has many siblings by her sire who have been super successful in hand and under saddle. She is our first foal for us by her dam.
Available due to downsizing, drought conditions and ultimately, too many ponies.

Wash day for the first pair of weanlings. Both did exceptionally well taking it all in their stride 🫧☀️

The second half of weaning will commence next month for our younger two foals born in October & November last year. Both starting to look more grown up since their last photos. And yes, it is very dry here in Bendigo.
