I am posting to tell you of some changes that will be happening as of the 1st of July.
Due to the many cancellations that have been happening a 24 hour cancellation fee will now take place. The cost will be 50.00 and will need to be paid as soon as you have cancelled. Once I have received the cancellation fee I will then book your next appointment.
Unfortunately when you cancel the day or even the morning of your groom, I am unable to fill that spot. This is then loss of income for me and added financial strain that I am sure you are all aware of in this economy.
I will also be purchasing an eftpos machine that will be with me at all times, I will have it on hand so you can pay for your grooms before I leave. Although the direct transfer does work well, I don’t like messaging people to ask if they have paid. This will be a better solution for all.
Apologies for taking this approach but for me to continue doing what I love, I really have no choice. I look forward to seeing you all for future appointments.
