Hi to all my valued clients
I am posting to tell you of some changes that will be happening as of the 1st of July.
Due to the many cancellations that have been happening a 24 hour cancellation fee will now take place. The cost will be 50.00 and will need to be paid as soon as you have cancelled. Once I have received the cancellation fee I will then book your next appointment.
Unfortunately when you cancel the day or even the morning of your groom, I am unable to fill that spot. This is then loss of income for me and added financial strain that I am sure you are all aware of in this economy.
I will also be purchasing an eftpos machine that will be with me at all times, I will have it on hand so you can pay for your grooms before I leave. Although the direct transfer does work well, I don’t like messaging people to ask if they have paid. This will be a better solution for all.
Apologies for taking this approach but for me to continue doing what I love, I really have no choice. I look forward to seeing you all for future appointments.

Afternoon all.
I wanted to let you all know that due to medical issues I will be taking from the 24th of March to the 9th of May off. Unfortunately this is out of my control.
I will be contacting all that will be effected to give them the choice to wait till I’m back or to cancel their appointment. I understand that it may be too long in between clips.
Please be patient with me whilst I work thru appointments and I will try and get you all back in as soon as I can.
I thank you all for your support and understanding during this time.

Further to the confusion on if mobile dog groomers are in fact allowed to work as of tomorrow.
I have had a phone call off the corona virus hotline and the answer was no. I am not allowed to work as of tomorrow. Apparently the release that has been brought out has not been approved yet and I was told that if I worked I would be at risk of a massive fine. It’s all very confusing and I am trying to work my way thru it. I apologise once again for the inconvenience this is causing but if I could, I would be there

Hi everyone. Unfortunately due to the extended lockdown until next Tuesday I am at this stage unable to work. I am going to have to cancel all bookings. I have had to make the decision that all people effected will be rebooked on their same schedule. For example, if u are in a 6 weeks schedule u will be rebooked for 6 weeks. I really hope u all understand but this is beyond my control. If regional Victoria come out earlier, obviously I will reevaluate. I am so sorry. I will be contacting all effected individually to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe.

Edit. I have been on the phone to the corona virus hotline to find out if I can work or not. I figure they are the best ones to inform me. They are calling me back so will keep all updated. I apologies for the uncertainty.

Unfortunately due to the 7 day lockdown I am unable to work. I will be in touch over the next day with all people who have booked with me to reschedule their appointments. Unfortunately though, there may be a little wait for me to now come. I do apologise but as everyone is aware, totally out of our control.
