A little about Paula -
Paula Jeffery is a Qualified Saddlefitter with the world-renowned UK Society of Master Saddlers (SMS), Trainer and Mentor to a team of 15 Saddlefitters, conducts Seminars and Workshops Australia-wide, teaches horse owners and Equestrian Professionals through her Online Courses, and is an Education Presenter at EQUITANA.

Previously a FEI Level Dressage Rider, Trainer and Coach with 25 years experience. Paula was drawn to studying the relationship between saddle design and function, and it's affect on horse and rider biomechanics.

Frustrated by the lack of information available to owners and riders, and passionate about creating positive change for our industry, Paula has made it a mission through Performance Saddlefits to help raise the standard of saddlefitting in Australia, and empower owners through education.

As a group, Performance Saddlefits train, study and conduct research into saddlefitting, saddle design and the interactions between pressure, balance and biomechanics both in Australia and Internationally, working with top industry vets, physios, designers and manufactures.

Some of you may know that I’m now serving the Macedon Ranges region too! I have only a couple of appointments left for March and am now taking bookings for April. If you’ve been putting off that saddle fit, now’s a great time to book in while we still have daylight savings appointments available.

I have been a little quiet over the holidays. But I have super exciting news for 2025! I can’t wait to meet everyone in the Macedon Ranges area & work closely with Beck 😊

🎉🎉 Exciting News!! 🎉🎉

Following my recent post, I'm excited to let you all know that effective immediately - Performance Saddlefits Central Nth VIC (Karly) will be collaborating with Performance Saddlefits Macedon Ranges (Beck) to ensure we can maintain a strong and available presence to clients within the Macedon Ranges. 😃😃

🤔 How will this look?
- Both Beck and Karly will have shared access to this page for ease of communication.
- Beck will only available for limited fittings, predominantly from her home base in Gordon, and there may be a waiting period.
- Karly will be available to assist with any bookings that Beck is unable to service and can travel all throughout the Macedon Ranges region, in addition to her own Nth Central region.

❤️ It is so important to us that whilst I may be taking quite a large step back, we wish for this transition to be as smooth and seamless as possible for all.
We understand there's been alot of change in the PSF world lately and it can be quite daunting having to seek the services of a different individual when you have established a great working relationship with someone else.

Rest assured, Karly and I will be communicating VERY regularly and I will do my best to provide her with as much information as possible regarding horses I've fitted previously, so she is fully prepared before coming out to see you.
I may not be able to be there in person, but can make myself available (within reason) to be contacted by phone during Karly's consults in this early transition phase.

‼️ STAY TUNED!! There may also be upcoming availability for some lucky clients to not only have Karly come out and assist them, but to also have the added bonus of PSF Founder and Master Saddle Fitter/Educator Paula Jeffery to be there also! 😍

Equitana 2024. We’ve had the most amazing reaction to our new addition from Fiona Cork saddles. The Palladium is a fantastic, quality saddle for our wide & flat horses. Come say hello at the OTT pavilion & check out our range.

Next demo on order is a beautiful Fiona Cork dressage. The difference with this one, is that it is designed for heavy or wide horses. A true hoop tree.

I personally have heavy horses that “identify as a table top”. They have ant bites for withers & can be tricky to fit. When Fiona Cork saddle were made available to us, I had to get one 😍
