Last lot of FEC drop offs for the year are on throughout Nov (and Dec for Officer).
This is an important time to check livestock, and to check your horses, particularly high shedding horses, young horses, and those that did not need treatment at the start of spring. Remember that some horses would have had low EPGs in Sept due to the lasting effects of autumn/winter drenches. If this was your horse, they should be checked again to make sure that horses with increased EPGs can be identified and treated accordingly.

FEC drop off next week at Mega Merch Rural & Pet 💩🐴 This is a great time to check all your horses and livestock as we head into spring. Spring is a key time for FECs and targeted worm management to prevent build up of worm larvae on the pasture as the weather warms up

It's nearly spring!
In store Drop-Offs are on this Aug/September, all dates below. Thanks to all stores hosting drop offs, make sure to pop in and support the stores to thank them.
Remember, spring is a key time to check horses via FEC: warm damp weather speeds up egg hatching and larvae development, so identifying high shedders is important for targeted deworming and managing pastures.
