I have had a few clients coming around outside of work hours to discuss appointments so would like to remind everyone of our opening hours:

Tues- Thurs 9am until 4pm
Fri 9am until 12pm

Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and Monday we are closed. Even if the gates are open or my car is in the driveway, we are still closed.

If your unsure please call or text. Please don't just rock up as I may not be home and my grandparents can't always be getting up to answer the door.

If you have called out of hours I will get back to you during work hours. If you have called in work hours and I haven't gotten back to you please be patient as i can't always answer my phone as i could be with a client or grooming a dog. If it's urgent you can text me for a quicker reply.

Im quite busy and sometimes can't get back to everyone straight away but I do try my best.

2025 is around the corner and there will be changes to our hours & prices.

As of February we are cutting back fridays to a half day. This means we take the first appointment at 8.30am and last appointment at 12pm. Our hours for 2025 will be tues-thurs 8.30am until 4pm and fridays 8.30am until 12pm. I'm aware there are clients booked regularly for Friday afternoons and i will be incontact to discuss this change.

We will also have a change in prices with an increase across all services.
Our new prices as of February will be:

$70 deluxe groom small breed
$80 deluxe groom medium breed
$55 tidy small breed
$65 tidy medium breed
$50 bath only small breed
$55 bath only medium breed
I have always kept my prices low as i can and have absorbed costs. This increase is still below the prices of other groomers.

We are still no longer taking new clients due to being at capacity.

Letting everyone know we have cut back our hours so will no longer be operating on Mondays 🐾

The council is stopping people from being able to park across the road from our premises and will be giving out fines! It's made it hard now for parking as across the other side is a full time bike lane so there is now no parking available unless you come up our drive way which I know some of my clients aren't confident in doing.

So if you could please sign this petition to help make parking easier for everyone that would be much appreciated ❤️
