As many of you know, the cost of doing business has risen across the board—from grooming products and equipment to rent, wages, and utilities. As a 1-on-1 salon, we operate a little differently than most. We don’t use cages, we are not a free-roam salon, and we take fewer dogs per person so we can prioritise quality and comfort. This is what sets us apart and makes our service something truly special.

To continue delivering the high-quality care your pups deserve while keeping our business sustainable, we’ve made some necessary updates to our pricing and service offerings. You can view the full list of changes anytime on our website under “Pricing.” These changes will be in effect from October the 1st.

We completely understand and respect that these updates may not suit every family’s needs. If you feel our salon is no longer the right fit, please know there are no hard feelings—only gratitude for the time we’ve spent caring for your pup. We simply ask that, if you choose to cancel ongoing appointments, you provide as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. As always, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to pass on grooming notes or if you have any questions or concerns.
