From this Monday, 1st September, we’ll be introducing a booking fee/deposit for all grooming appointments.
This fee will be deducted from your final grooming payment – there is no increase to our prices.
The booking fee helps us secure your appointment and cover any potential lost revenue caused by late cancellations.
As a small grooming service, cancellations can impact us significantly. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide a professional, reliable service – ensuring your fluff buddies always look their absolute best. 🐾✂️
PLEASE NOTE: Booking fees are only forfeited for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, in line with our policy.
