Mickey had one of his eyes removed yesterday and so far is recovering well from his surgery.The eye was completely gone ...

Mickey had one of his eyes removed yesterday and so far is recovering well from his surgery.
The eye was completely gone and it was better to be removed in order to avoid infections in the future.
Mickey gets to keep his other eye for now. We believe he can distinguish between light and dark with it.
In a few days Mickey should be good to go back to his foster home with Cecilia Prinsloo van Zyl and his bestie Honey.
