Important Max and Rosy Update 🐾
Hey everyone,
We wanted to be real with you for a moment and explain why our treats are currently off the shelves.
A while back, someone submitted a complaint about our treats, which led to an inspection by the Department of Agriculture. It turns out that some of the wording on our packaging was seen as "claims" — something we didn’t realize at the time would be an issue. This triggered an investigation and, unfortunately, the immediate removal of our products.
To be clear:
✔️ Our products are third-party checked
✔️ Our treats are safe and of the highest quality
✔️ All paperwork was submitted more than 3 months ago
We acted as quickly as we could — removing the wording, correcting the labels, and doing everything in our power to stay compliant. In the past, businesses were allowed to continue selling as long as no claims were made and registration was underway. But sadly, the department has changed their approach and told us we still can't sell… even after fixing everything.
We’d like to give a massive shoutout to Nutrition Hub, the incredible company that handles all our registration, product development, and safety protocols. They’ve been with us through all of this, and we’re beyond grateful for their support and expertise.
While this pause has been a huge setback, we’re not giving up. We’re not doubling down — we’re tripling up. 💪
We have multiple new product registrations already in motion and big plans for when we return.
