Official Statement Regarding Recent Google Reviews
We would like to address recent negative reviews posted on our Google Business profile and provide complete transparency regarding a recent transaction with Luisa Koch (Laytons Aquatics, Dundee).

There are always two sides to a story, and we believe our customers deserve the facts based on documented correspondence.

Clarification of Order & Delivery
Contrary to claims that an order was never received, our message history confirms the following:
* Order Process & Communication: When initial inventory for a guppy promotion was temporarily out of stock, the customer was notified immediately and requested alternative stock, which was promptly fulfilled.
* Complimentary Items & Free Courier: Once stock was replenished, we voluntarily dispatched the original guppies as a goodwill gesture. The customer received over 300 guppies (including roughly 50 additional free fish) along with 100% complimentary door-to-door courier delivery to Dundee.
* Full Fulfillment: All orders and promotional items were delivered in full, as confirmed in our records and chat history.
It is deeply disappointing to receive a review claiming non-delivery after receiving hundreds of complimentary fish and free shipping.
