🐾💕 Meet Brutus AKA Babba Boutjies! 💕🐾
Today we had the absolute pleasure of meeting this very sweet boy for the first time at Bushy Tails! 🥰🐶
Brutus is a very nervous and scared boy when it comes to grooming, so being in a new place with new people and all the sounds and sensations of grooming was understandably quite overwhelming for him. 🥺💗
We took everything slowly and gently, doing what we could without stressing him out too much. Although we couldn’t complete his full groom today, we still managed to send this handsome boy home looking very cute! 🥰✨
Brutus will be returning to us in 2 weeks so that we can continue his grooming journey in small stages. 🐾✂️
At Bushy Tails, we believe that your pet’s comfort and wellbeing always comes first. ❤️ If an animal is overly stressed or frightened, we would much rather take our time, build their confidence and allow them to get used to grooming gradually.
Our hope is that, with patience, kindness and plenty of positive experiences, Brutus will learn that grooming isn’t something to be scared of — and eventually, he’ll be coming in ready to enjoy his pampering! 🛁🐶💕
