With a background in fine dining and professional event catering, Brian along with his Brother Andrew and their hand selected team brings his experience from the world of sophisticated cuisine to the heart of WildThingz.

From beautifully plated dishes and intimate dining experiences to corporate functions, private events, celebrations and large-scale catering, his kitchen is about more than simply feeding a crowd — it’s about creating an experience.

And yes… the team who can put together a beautiful fine-dining table for a corporate function is also the same team .feeding hungry visitors at WildThingz. 😂
