All of the vets regularly attend congresses and belong to veterinary interest groups making sure that we keep current with new developments in the veterinary field. Meet little Milo🐾

Milo was found by one of our staff members and brought to Sterkspruit Veterinary Clinic. We treated Milo’s skin with and dewormed him. With the help of our wonderful staff, we found Milo a new home and a beautiful new life.

Meet Phiri, the brave Boerboel, that survived a deadly puff-adder bite. Phiri was admitted to Sterkspruit Veterinary Clinic and treated successfully with anti-venom. He is very happy to be home again.

The outcome of treatment of puff-adder bites can be quite unpredictable, as the age of the snake and amount of venom released can differ. Any pet bitten by a puff-adder should receive emergency veterinary care.
