Just a reminder that today is the last day to enter the raffle for these gorgeous pet steps! All proceeds go to paying for the surgery for sweet kitty Magic, who was found homeless and badly injured after being hit by a car 😔

He is chipped but unfortunately his chip details hasn't been updated and still has the previous owners details registered on it. If he is your boy,please come and fetch him. Proof of ownership will be required.

First up is this new set of stairs donated by a wonderful client. Perfect for your small dogs who need a little extra help getting up and down from beds and couches 😊 many of our clients know how quickly those little backs and legs can get injured from one bad jump 😔

RAFFLE FOR A CAUSE
But first, a bit of backstory. Meet Magic, a little girl who has captured all our hearts at Glen Marais. She was brought in by The Cat Shack after she was found on the side of the road. It immediately became clear that she had been hit by a car and had multiple pelvic fractures 😔 but from day one, this sweet girl never stopped purring and loving on us and we knew we had to give her a chance. After weeks of cage rest, most of her fractures healed well on their own but unfortunately she needed surgery on her femur head that was just not healing. The surgery was a success and she is now fully on the road to recovery and to finding her forever home❤️ once she is fully healed she will be going up for adoption. Glen Marais is covering the cost of her sterilization and vaccinations, and the surgeon who operated on her very kindly did the procedure at a low cost. But in order to give her the best chance at finding a family to call her own, we are holding not one but two raffles to cover the cost of her surgery. See the next two posts for details!!
