(1)

Our main focus is sterilization, vaccinations, medical care, education and feeding over 4000 Dogs and Cats in the Jackson's Drift Township South of Johannesburg. Cause4paws Care Centre and Clinic is situated in the Jackson's Drift Township. We help by Sterilizing, Vaccinating, deworming and so, so many Casualties. We also have server Parvo outbreaks and Billiary. Sadly Jacksons is a very violent T

ownship for not only animals but residents as well, especially the elderly. Poisonings of pets is horrifying. why....To break into each other's shacks or if one resident has a disagreement with another, they take it out on the pets. Our number one passion is Sterilizing, for this helps us saving hundreds of lives. When a Resident gives us permission to sterilize their pet, we put in a kennel, blankets and a Tyre with large bowl so the pet does not knock the water over and a large bucket of food monthly. Educating them on the care and safety is also our main focus. We go thorough 2000 kilos of Dog food a month and around 200 kilos of cat food. We have medications, cleaning materials and F10 ect to insure that viruses are not spread. When animals are surrended or when Mother dogs are poisoned we work closely with A New Hope Dog Rescue in Daleside and Woodrock in Hennops. We also have a lovely Foster Mommy that takes in and then once they healed off to the rescue. dealing with a rescue and not myself is vital for me as the correct paper work is done and signatures required for potential owners to promis to bring them back at 5 to 6 months for Sterilization. We do the Vaccinations and the rescue goes far and beyond doing home checks to insure the animals go into good, safe and loving homes. We host dip and deworm days every 6 to 8 weeks to keep the ticks and fleas at bay. And we put in and hand our blankets as soon as donated to us. We are always in the need of Blankets, previously loved Kennels, Bowls collers and leads. Donations are vital to our surviving in these hash times as we have staff salaries medications, Cleaning Materials, Veterinary Clinic Bills Pawrangers Pocket money and so much more. For any further information on our Passion to save lives, please don't hesitate to Whatsapp me on 083 414 6144

Hachikō is one of the most famous dogs in history and a symbol of loyalty in Japan. He was an Akita dog who belonged to Professor Hidesaburō Ueno in Tokyo during the 1920s.

Every day, Hachikō would walk with his owner to Shibuya Station and return in the evening to wait for him to come home from work.

In 1925, the professor suddenly died from a brain hemorrhage while at work and never returned to the station.

But Hachikō didn’t understand what had happened. For nearly 9 years afterward, he kept returning to the exact same station every single day, waiting patiently for his owner to come back.

At first, people ignored him, but over time commuters, shopkeepers, and station workers began feeding and caring for him after learning his story. He eventually became a national symbol of loyalty and devotion across Japan.

When Hachikō died in 1935, people across the country mourned him. Today, a bronze statue of him stands outside Shibuya Station, where he spent years waiting for someone who would never return.
