BERGVIEW EQUESTRIAN IS HIRING 🤍

We are looking for the right person to join our team.

This is a full-time position suited to a confident, capable rider who is passionate about producing horses and being part of a busy, competitive yard.

The role includes:
• Riding and schooling a variety of horses
• Assisting with backing and producing young horses
• Teaching riders of different levels
• Managing and working alongside grooms
• Overseeing the daily feeding programme of all horses
• Running and managing the yard in my absence
• Assisting with horse sales, client communication and advertising
• Being active on social media and contributing to content
• Show assistance on weekends when required

We are looking for someone who:
• Is a competent and confident rider
• Has experience with young horses
• Can teach and communicate well
• Is reliable and able to work independently
• Is confident managing staff and taking responsibility
• Is not afraid to make decisions
• Has a valid driver’s licence
• Is organised, motivated and a team player

What we offer:
• A position within an established, competitive yard
• Opportunity to grow and gain experience across all aspects of the business
• Shared accommodation with the main manager
