The Calm before the Storm.The latest satellite image taken at 5-20pm shows a STRONG Cold Front Approximately 700km West of Cape Town.This Cold Front Accompanied by a Steep Upper Air Trough is expected to make landfall to the SW Cape during the early hours of tomorrow morning Wednesday 25th June 2025(roughly between 7am and 11am) Accompanied by Heavy Disruptive Rainfall(up to 50mm exceeding 80mm in places) especially over the Cape Metropole,Cape Winelands and the Overberg.Strong to Gale Force Winds and Rough Seas are also expected.Due to the Complexity of this system Thundershowers is also possible in places.Please be Xtra Vigilant and take Xtra Caution on the roads as Flash Flooding is also expected.Have a blessed evening.
