This past Saturday, Petworld XXL N1 City was once again filled with curious whiskers, wiggly tails, and the quiet magic of new beginnings.

With the wonderful team from Cape Town Paws, we celebrated another meaningful Adoption Day — where every cuddle counted and love spoke softly but clearly.

Somerset West, you brought the love — and the umbrellas!
Despite the wet weather, the aisles of Petworld XXL Somerset West were filled with tail wags, hopeful eyes, and the kind of warmth only a rescue day can deliver.

✨ The best part? Amber, a beautiful adult dog with a gentle soul, found her forever home with a loving family!
✨ A curious little kitten also caught the attention of a few smitten visitors — and we’re hopeful she’ll be joining a family soon, too.

From start to finish, it was a day of connection, compassion, and community. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, chatted, cuddled, and helped turn a grey day into something truly golden.

On a crisp winter’s day, something truly heartwarming unfolded at Petworld XXL Somerset West — a day filled with gentle meows, soft paws, and open-hearted humans. Together with our wonderful friends from The Outreach Program, we shared stories, cuddles, and most importantly, new beginnings.

✨ Molly, Maverick, Dexter, Domino, Jorgie, and the one-and-only Kingsley have all been adopted!
✨ Garfield, Pixie, Maximus, Bellatrix, Ice, and The Twins are all booked and on their way to loving homes.
✨ And sweet Blair — now officially a foster fail — gets to stay right where her heart already is. 💕

Every visitor, every cuddle, every kind word helped make this happen — thank you for bringing warmth, generosity, and love into our store this weekend.
