This stunning kingfisher was brought to Vetcare George after suspected poisoning. Thanks to prompt action and dedicated care, he's recovering well and growing stronger every day. Once he's fully recovered, he'll be transferred to a specialised rehabilitation facility where he'll continue his journey before being safely released back into the wildโ€”right where he belongs. ๐ŸŒฟ

When this little feathered patient first arrived at Vetcare George, he had lost all of his feathers and needed plenty of care and patience to recover. Today, he's making fantastic progress! His feathers are growing back beautifully, and he certainly has no shortage of appetiteโ€”worms and crickets are definitely his favourite treats! ๐Ÿชฑ๐Ÿฆ—
