From the sugar and petrochemical industries to eight years at Yara Animal Nutrition, Nomzamo Mavuso's journey into production has been fuelled by purpose and passion. Today, her daily work includes toolbox talks, safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and championing HESQ performance across the plant.

For her, one of the proudest milestones has been witnessing a shift in safety culture—seeing people take ownership and watching the plant achieve zero ISO non-conformances and earn stakeholder recognition.

That’s the message from Alina Taute, Animal Nutritionist, whose passion for animals has always guided her career.

Young green grass contains a large amount of moisture and very little fibre. Do not stop your winter supplements abruptly, but rather slowly replace your winter supplement with a phosphate and salt supplement to ensure smooth transition to green grass and minimum weight loss of your animals.
