Anyone that has popped into our clinic knows we have an intense love for all types of animal furkids 🖤 If you take a closer look you would notice our admiration of the French Bulldog is a borderline unhealthy obsession 🥴

The gorgeous Princess Fiona came to visit us for her sterilisation 🌸 as always, only 5 ⭐️ treatment would do! Layla, our wonderful Veterinary Assistant, got some extra couch cuddle time with her while she was recovering 🥰

Did you know - Frenchies are Brachycephalics? A term used for pets with flattened or shortened skulls. There are many other dog and cat breeds that fall in this category. This usually means they have narrowed airway passages. Anaesthetic with these guys can be tricky and it is really important that your veterinary team knows how to navigate these risks safely 💪

These wiggly little Hamlets came in for their castrations 😵‍💫 they are purebred "KOLBROEK" piggies and are looking for their new homes 🩷 DID YOU KNOW? Pigs make great pets and are actually very clean. They are easy to keep and feed too 🥰

WILDLIFE WEDNESDAYS 🦌and ORPHANED BABIES 💚
We can't resist jumping in when a baby seems in need.
But please, STOP...Take a moment to assess carefully whether intervention is necessary? This is very IMPORTANT!

Moms often leave their babies for long periods off doing grown up things and definitely won't return with you hanging around waiting for them to 😔Watch the video to learn more about when and how to help. Give us a call if in doubt, always love to help with advise on these tough situations 😘

Our hearts are broken to have lost Bambi especially after he was doing so well and appeared very strong. Goes to show the best mom is their natural mom at the end of the day. We can do our best, but will never be what it was meant to be in the wild ❤️‍🩹

Meet teeny-tiny Bambi 🖤 a newborn Cape Grysbok. We suspect his mom was caught in a snare 💔

After 48 hours of critical care, he is up on his feet. We had so little hope for him so extremely grateful he is so strong 💪 We will be hand-raising him until he can be released back into the wild 🌸 We will make sure it is a safe space…
