Obsessed with my new treat bag and phone holder, riding with tights means you don’t always get pockets included and this pocket belt really just does it for me, made from local leather, it’s perfect for horse work (currently in antibiotics of which don’t allow me to work out, so will let you know in 10 days how riding goes)

And just like that, something that has taken up 6 months of my life is now over. But the memories we made… well those will never be forgotten!

Today we presented the pro horse performance protocol for the first time ever, thank you so much for sharing it for the first time ever and making it especially special by doing it in South Africa 🇿🇦. This is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before and we got such positive and constructive feedback on how to make this protocol real for the world to use.

No one ever talks about doing this work, we all have tests, we ride them and we never question how difficult it is to start something like this, to get real input and see actual horses using the test, was very cool.

In the Q&A section of the demo we had a remark and it’s best to quote directly… “this would allow the riders that were previously excluded from dressage to come back”. And is that not just the best feedback, growing the dressage community into a space that welcomes horses and riders from all backgrounds to find the love of dressage once again.

Anne also wrote on the protocol, which I have never noticed before today, which is the prohorse performance protocol is taking into account and/or not conflicting with the first principles of ISES and FEI rules of Dressage, and that’s truly amazing, to be able to make something that can truly add to the sport and show a clear difference! Phenomenal. If you would like to learn more about the protocol and help Anne along the journey to getting version 1.0 out into the world, I would definitely recommend contacting her.
