Biofarm is looking for a sales rep to join our team in Gauteng.

SKILLS SUMMARY
➡️ Independent
➡️ Highly motivated to work on their own
➡️ Good people skills

EDUCATION
➡️ Tertiary qualification in Marketing and Sales
➡️ Vet Nurse qualification will be beneficial

EXPERIENCE
➡️ 2 years or more of experience in the sales environment

REMUNERATION
➡️ Market-related basic salary, including pension fund
➡️ Company vehicle included
➡️ Commission based on achieving set targets

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
➡️ Servicing the current portfolio of existing customers
➡️ Managing the area to grow leads through the sales pipeline to expand the number of clients and businesses in the area
➡️ Maintaining the CRM system and databases of clients in the area
➡️ Compiling annual budget for the region and working towards that as a base
➡️ Planning and managing marketing efforts together with the marketing team in your area
➡️ Attending social industry events to ensure visibility of the company
➡️ In-store promotions, as and when needed
➡️ Monthly meeting attendance to report progress
