Howard said she wanted to rep Hay Monsters this Halloween because she has the spookiest eyes and she wanted to show them off!

Howard lost her vision due to EC, but the "fluffly" appearance of EC eyes makes these beautiful pearly eyes. Silver linings, she said.

Howard is 7 years old, and shes been a Hay Monster since we started 🖤

So, I am having a bad time
I am sorry. I am trying. I cant stop posting for days like this because we lose money.
But I cant even make words right now because we suffered a loss AGAIN (not a rabbit this time) and I am sure Quark is slowly on his way out due to cancer and I want to quit and I keep stopping life to cry. Im crying at work and im crying at home and there isn't an end to the loss and right now that's too much and so if im ignoring you or im short with you I'm sorry. Ill be back and here is fat Charles and if you feel bad for him for having to hear me cry and freak out all the time you could support his cookie fund here:

Darla has the best mouth and I'll die on that hill
She doesnt even use it for bites
Only groom
😍🥲

Hey content that isnt designed to make everyone cry! Although I could cry because of how cute she is.

A fun fact to add caption value: rabbits are capable of remembering humans for months even years, and use your voice, patterns of behavior and your smell to recognize you. They know what you like like (kinda) but they dont notice looks like dogs do. Getting a bunny used to you by sitting near by and reading them to or having a one sided conversation with them is the best way, along with a strict schedule of food deliveries🙂

Quark had to get labs done for his hormones because he is acting like he isnt neutered again

Quark is a 12 year old neutered guy who has been that way since he was 6 months old

Last year we had an adrenal panel done because he was hu***ng and spraying and making his poor wife, Ghost, insane.

It turned out to be adrenal disease, suspected tumor. We had a Suprelorin implant put in and that fixed the issues, but 10 months later the behaviors are starting again. The labs will tell us if he needs a new implant which I suspect they will.

This isnt a "fix" per say but it stops the symptoms. The tumor will not shrink or the disease will not be "cured". But it will make Quark less frustrated and feel better, and it makes Ghost a lot happier in her marriage.

This is not super rare in older males but it isnt super common either. Still, if you have a neutered dude acting foolish all of a sudden, an adrenal panel is a great place to start

Tuck and June here to talk about how filthy they are.
These two are disgusting freaks and they do not care even a little😆
Some rabbits are happy to keep a clean a house, and some prefer their litter box contents to be spread equally throughout the entire enclosure.

If youre planning on getting rabbits, DO NOT expect the clean rooms you see on TikTok. Those creators made dang sure that room was spotless before they got those videos lol

You want animals in your home? You're cleaning A LOT! You want Tuck and June? Youre cleaning their house every day and by the next morning it looks like they peed more on their floors than what could possibly be inside a rabbit 🙂 (also you cannot have Tuck and June but im just saying)

Sure theyre cute and fluffy. But dont let the adorableness fool you. The second you put down fresh pads and a clean water bowl, theyre peeing on the pads and crapping into the water🤗

SOS😭 Hank needs to raise money!
Hank has chronic dental disease (because lop) and so his eyes are always an issue. But now he has eye infections in both eyes. He had a procedure done yesterday to try and flush and drain them.
His amazing sanctuary foster parents have been helping us with the costs but we cant expect people to keep doing this on their own when we are the ones responsible for these rabbits legally.

It is BRUTAL out here with donations and we do see a small trickle come in still (and know if youre one of those people I am so grateful) but nowhere near enough

We owe thousands of dollars for all the vetting we have to do, we have old sick rabbits that are permanent residents so of course they are expensive

Anyway if anyone can spare anything at all we really need the help. Were one emergency away from calling lawyers about bankruptcy for nonprofits😵‍💫

Raina was bullying me this morning (not new) because I have fallen so behind on fundraising. She needs an annual exam and vaccination but we are so broke I told her it has to wait and so that is why she is on my case

Raina is actually terrifying so if anyone can spare some change so I can get her in before I lose a finger and more self esteem I would love ya forever
