I would like to bring to your attention that dogs attending grooming shops, daycares, boarding facilities, veterinary offices, pet stores, or spending time outdoors are susceptible to contracting kennel cough, an airborne illness. Despite receiving the vaccine, there is still a risk of infection. Moreover, kennel cough can be transmitted through clothing. This disease is similar to the human flu, where individuals can be infected without exhibiting symptoms yet still spread the disease. Spring and fall are peak seasons for kennel cough. We maintain openness regarding any accidents that may occur. Furthermore, we frequently identify skin issues in dogs resulting from bathing and blow-drying that may not be apparent at home. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns or questions, especially if your dog is behaving differently or appears unwell after grooming.
