Hey everyone 💔🐾 I know it’s been quiet here online the last few days on our end… Last week, we said goodbye to our sweet dog Lizzo. We adopted her knowing our time together might be short — but never realizing how quickly it would slip away. No matter how much time we’re given with our pets, it never feels like enough.

Lizzo filled our lives with love, comfort, and joy in the little moments: the way she curled up beside us, the way her eyes lit up at the smallest joys. Those memories are treasures we’ll carry forever.

If you’ve ever loved and lost a pet, you know this ache. But you also know the gift they give us — love so unconditional it changes us, even after they’re gone.

Every adoption, every forever home, every pawprint left behind is a reminder that this love is worth everything. Lizzo’s story is just one of so many, and we’re honored to share in these stories every day with you, our community.

Just a reminder that ALL 2025 The Chatty Cat Cafe adoptees can redeem a free pet portrait donated by me! 😻

All I need is you to email me at [email protected] and let me know the kitty's name, adoption date, and give me some good quality pictures to work off of. I'll let you know once the portrait is finished, and it'll be at the cafe for you to pick up! (An excellent excuse to get more coffee, too, while you're there) 😁

There have been so many adoptions lately (yay!!!) that by the time I even prep a canvas, the kitties have already been adopted!! So reach out to me and let me send you home with art of your new fur-baby for their new fur-ever home 😻

Even better — when you mobile order ahead, your drinks will be waiting at our brand-new pickup stand right inside the mall entry doors. That means just a few steps from the sidewalk → straight to coffee in hand. 🚶‍♀️✨
