starting immediately, if you no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of your groom to the card on file. if you do not have a card on file, it will be added to your next groom total or you will be sent an invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS!
when you no show your appointment your groomer now makes no money. we are paid in commission. you are also taking a slot from other clients waiting to get in. its very hard to fill no show slots because we are given no notice that time is available, making it too short of a notice to ask someone on the cancelation list to come in instead.
if you can not make your appointment please tell us before 24 hours. we understand life happens and time can slip away, however we are a very small business which has been open for only a year and a half. no shows add up. your groomer deserves to be paid for their time. if no shows continue to happen, we will have to start taking deposits for appointments. thank you for your understanding. ❤️🎪
