La Unified Voice 4 No Kill We are a grassroots community voice with the shared goal of no kill through education and implementation of community programs.

It is the mission of Louisiana Unified Voice 4 No Kill (LUV4NK) to work towards securing a positive outcome for every healthy and treatable shelter/homeless animal.

Friday, October 17, 2025 from 12pm to 1pm we will be at Acadiana Spay Neuter, 1919 Sugar Oaks Rd, New Iberia to sign up Iberia Parish residents to get their dog (60lbs or less) fixed for free. If you are an Iberia Parish resident making $1500 or less (single) or $3000 or less (family) gross per month you’re eligible.
✅ Bring your valid Louisiana drivers license or ID.
✅ A copy of your income (check stub or W2) for us to keep.
❎ Do NOT bring your pet. Surgery will be scheduled at a later date. Appointment can NOT be cancelled or rescheduled. You will lose your voucher opportunity.

Once pet is fixed and picked up you will also receive a complimentary RAISING CANES GIFT CARD!

October is breast cancer awareness month! Did you know that spaying your female dog before her first heat cycle nearly eliminates her chances of developing mammary cancer? This month, show us your pitties and let's prevent some litters AND some mammary cancer.
