This month’s Resident Recipe is a crowd favorite! 🍏✨ Diane Breaux’s Apple Crack stole the show at Hotspot on Harbor — it's sweet, creamy, and packed with an addictive toffee crunch.

INGREDIENTS:
2 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 container of Marzetti Caramel Dip
1 bag of Heath Bits O' Brickle English toffee bits
A bag of Granny Smith apples

DIRECTIONS:
Soften the cream cheese.
Mix the powdered sugar with the cream cheese using a mixer.
Spread the mixture on the plate.
Heat the caramel sauce according to package directions, then pour the caramel on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the toffee chips.
Slice up apples to serve with the dip.

This month we're sharing one of our favorite family recipes, Nana's Crawfish Cornbread. From our kitchen to yours, we hope you enjoy this spicy Louisiana classic that’s packed with flavor and Southern charm!

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 medium chopped onion
1/4 c. of oil
1 bag of Mexican cornbread mix
1 c. of grated cheddar cheese
1/4 - 1/2 c. of chopped jalapenos
1 can of cream style corn
1 lb. of crawfish (or any seafood)

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

NOTE: Feel free to substitute any seafood in place of the crawfish.
