Everything is in place, and we're all geared up to bring the 757 the Biggest payout we've ever had!

Nonsmoking is full up, but we have 125 seats left on the main floor.

Players will sit 2 to a side, with a maximum of 4 per table, so you have plenty of space to play and feel comfortable!

Doors will open at 11 AM for anyone wanting to grab a seat for the game. So come on out and join us!

REGARDING AUGUST 2ND:

We are taking pre-sales for our August 2nd game in person until Saturday at 9 PM. Currently we have 6 seats left in non smoking, and roughly 140 or so left on the main floor.

Once we cut off pre-sales, we will be marking all remaining seats with assigned numbers and selling them Sunday morning, first come, first serve. [We will make a separate post Saturday night stating our remaining seat count, so that anyone still looking to purchase a seat will be able to decide for themselves prior to arriving]

On Sunday, Doors will open at 11 AM for players playing the Etab machines. Packs and instants will begin at 4 PM.

No one will be allowed past the security desk at the front door without either having a ticket, or purchasing one. You MUST show your ticket to get past.

In order to keep track of the remaining seats accurately, anyone coming in on Sunday to purchase will not be able to select their seat because we will be filling in all spaces available.

For the event, we are seating 4 per table unless the table set up has special conditions or medical requirements.

The demand is high for this session and we do expect to completely sell out. If you are in town, and are able to come by to pre purchase, we recommend that you try to do so.

Seats for our August 2nd session are going fast! We only have about 15 seats left in non smoking!

The smoking area still has a couple of tables empty but most are already half taken.

Skyla is on hand all week from 11-8 to help you get your seats! Stop on by and prepay!

Anyone who has not pre purchased their seats, we expect to still have seats open in the smoking area on the day of the game but those seats will be first come first serve.

Groups who attempt to show up on the day of the game without prepaying might not be able to sit together, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Pre-sales for the August 2nd Game are well underway! You can stop by and purchase tickets on Sunday, and also Tuesday through Friday this coming Week. Stop in and see Skylah and secure your chance to play in our biggest session ever!

Roughly 40% of the seats in the building are already secured for the game. Don't miss out!

Sales for our HUGE August 2nd game have begun and the response has been nothing short of amazing!

If you want to get in on the largest payout we’ve ever had, ($67,000+!) you can stop by after 3 PM today to purchase your seat!

Also, for those of you unable to stop by today, Cliff will be on hand all this week (July 6-10) from Noon until 6 PM to take sign ups!

After that you’ll have to stop by during one of our Bingo Sessions to sign up.

We do have a limited number of seats to keep folks comfortable, and once we hit that cap, sales will end, so don’t miss out!

We've had some questions heading into this weekend. So here are some answers!

For this weekend:
[] Yes, we will be open all weekend, including on July 4th! Both the 2 pm & 7 pm games!

For August 2nd:
[] There is an error in the ad for the August 2nd game in the Bugle. We will not begin selling seats for the August 2nd game until SATURDAY, JULY 4th!

[] We will not be able to start on July 3rd due to the shortage of some key staff members during the $80 big game.

[] The pack will include ALL of the paper you need to play the game, including the Early Bird Quickies. We will not be swapping anything out due to event attendance, so please plan accordingly.

[] Seating will be tracked on a chart with seat labels being applied the day off, ensuring that no one's tags can be accosted. We have zero tolerance for this.

[] Bags, trinkets, dabbers, and anything else brought into the building will not be allowed to impede other players' seating.
If you're not willing to share your table with 2 or 3 other players, this may not be the game for you.

[] Pre-paying will be the only way to lock in a seat if you are not already an annual shelter donor.

[] DJ Jesse will be live for the August 2nd session, playing all your favorites!

As a reminder, pets at home can be very sensitive to the July 4th festivities, including fireworks. Consider reaching out to Shelter staff or check out Reba's Website for ways to help your best friend make it through the weekend.
