We are excited to announce that Lewis and Clark Veterinary Clinic is opening a part time office in Vermillion! At this time, we are seeing appointments in Vermillion 2 days per week. SPECIAL FOSTER/FOREVER HOME NEEDED:
Phin is a 14-month old Husky Mix. He is a handsome, playful and sweet blue eyed boy (neutered).
Phin loves his people but only his people. When we first met Phin, we weren’t his favorite. It took a little over a week for Phin to start to trust us. He does have a history of trying to bite people when they approach his people. Once Phin accepted us into his circle, he is so lovable and happy. He is potty trained, food motivated, and loyal to his core.
Phin does well with other dogs and cats but would be best in a home that does not have many visitors per day and where he can be safely in another room when unknown visitors stop by. Phin is reported to have done well with children but we do not recommend that he be in a home with young children.
Please reach out for more information if you feel you could give Phin the kind of home he needs. Veterinary reference required.

HOLIDAY HOURS: We will be OPEN 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 24th, 2025. We will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th to allow for our staff to travel and enjoy the Christmas Holiday with family.
For New Years, we will be closed Thursday, January 1st only.

What do plumbers and veterinary staff have in common??? We both refer to the day after Thanksgiving as "Brown" Friday! Our pets often develop vomiting and diarrhea after enjoying those Thanksgiving treats. Some of these cases are mild but unfortunately some kiddos develop pancreatitis which if severe can be fatal. Please take extra precautions to protect you fur kiddos this week! 💜🐾
