Iโ€™ve been seeing some ads for new brands of jeans specifically designed for horse girls in mind. They have solid price tags so I was hoping some of yall have tried them already and can tell me what you think!?

We need extra length, we donโ€™t enjoy super stretchy/thin styles and we donโ€™t want to bust holes in them after a few months ๐Ÿ˜œ

Did you know that horses sweat 3x more than humans to cool down? ๐Ÿฅต

Sweating is normal and 100% necessary (for them & us!) but it also means becoming dehydrated or overheated is easier when the temps are this high ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Here are some things to consider while you work with your horses:

โœ… Always have water available, fill tanks, bring a water bottle and allow for drink breaks! ๐Ÿชฃ

โœ… Electrolytes help replace lost minerals, provide them in times of extreme working & sweating ๐Ÿง‚

โœ… Shade & Airflow are your best friends ๐ŸŒณ

โœ… Cool Down rinse offs help lower body temps๐Ÿค’

โœ… Ride early or late, avoid peak hours โ˜€๏ธ

โœ… Watch for signs of heat stress & take care of yourself too!๐Ÿ‘€
