At City of Wylie Animal Services, adoption fees are waived through the end of August. They only have ONE dog left (photo 2), so go meet him this weekend! Every adoption not only changes a pet’s life, it helps shelters continue their mission to care for and protect animals in need. 🐶

🐾💊 Sweet little Bella was such a good girl for her deworming recently!

Meet our newest cuties, Sasha 🐱 and Choco-Milo 🐶!
At puppy and kitten visits, we typically recommend f***l screenings to check for parasites. 🧫

Why? Many intestinal parasites don’t show obvious signs but can affect your pet’s health (and sometimes be contagious to people!). Regular screenings help us catch and treat them early, especially because puppies and kittens tend to explore the world with their mouths and are more likely to pick up parasites. Screenings and treatment allows us to keep these babies happy and healthy! 🐾💖

Radiographs (aka X-rays) help us check for injuries, illnesses, and more… but Lua says step one is belly rubs. Priorities. 🐾✨

This sweet patient won the hearts of our staff and demonstrated that X-rays can be painless and a great time to get lots of love and attention. 🐶

It’s hard to provide care without knowing the root of what is ailing your pets! 🩺 Diagnostic imaging, such as radiographs, help our doctors to catch abnormalities that otherwise could go undetected.
