Can I get a shorter window?
No unfortunately, due to the nature of the service and the unpredictability of animal behavior, we cannot give you a shorter window or a more accurate idea of what time we will arrive. The three hour arrival window is designed to allow for pets who need more time. Allow for traffic and give the techs time to go to the bathroom if they need it.
Where is the service performed?
Right in the comfort of your home The service is not performed in a van, but can be performed anywhere inside or outside your home that your Pet feels most comfortable as long as there is enough daylight to allow for outside services.
How much is it?
$25 per Animal we do not charge any additional for more difficult animals or for mileage. It is a flat rate of $25 per pet
Can I still request an appointment if these days don’t work for me?
Of course! our admin will always book you in the first available appointment for both your area and your requested timeframe  however if this date or timeframe doesn’t work for you just respond via text and we can find a date that will work better.
Are you insured?
Yes!
Are you willing to work with my difficult, Animal?
We are always happy to try difficult dogs. If we do not feel like the service can be done safely. We just would not complete the service and we may make recommendations based on what we think may make
Future services run more smoothly.  For safety we do not work with aggressive Cats. It is a service we used to offer to aggressive cats as well however, after multiple bad experiences, it is something for everyone safety that we have decided not to continue.
Will you call me?
No we operate via text message only. There are a lot of reasons for this, but the biggest one being that we are on the road all day long and there are multiple people who work within the company and we want to ensure that all of the information gets to anyone who may need it exactly the way that it was given to us and when things are communicated via text message it’s a lot easier to make that happen
Can I just Facebook message you to set up my appointment?
Existing clients can Facebook message or text us but all incoming clients need to fill out the form in the link above. It allows us to get all of the information about your pets as well as gives you the opportunity to read and agree to our policies so that there are no surprises during your appointment
How do you take payment?
We take cash, Venmo, and Cash app. Because our techs live in different places across the state, we do not accept checks and then the interest of keeping cost down which we can then pass savings onto you we do not accept credit cards
