Permanent Waves Rex Permanent Waves Rex is a cattery dedicated to producing healthy, happy Cornish Rex and Devon Rex cats.

We are dedicated to breeding and showing the highest quality Cornish Rex cats. We work in partnership with Susan Siebecker at Cattails out of Madison, WI - breeder of Cornish Rex cats for over 35 years. We take pride in the temperament of our kittens - they are the best snugglers around!
