Samantha Bourque and Colbrew are your 2025 VHSA Hunt Seat Champions! Sam and Cole cruised around, earning a high score of 88 in the first round. Keeping their lead through the test, they stayed on top to earn top honors.

Winner winner!

"Dottie" does it again! This time with Martha Morales in the irons, Dedwig and Martha picked up a win in the 1.10m Junior Amateur Classic to take home Reserve Champion in the division at the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show in Upperville, VA.

A little (BIG) news outside of our usual show circuit:

Samantha Bourque won the Varsity Open Individual Flat Class at IEA Nationals in St. Louis, MO out of 18 competitive riders! This win also qualified her for the Varsity Open Championship Class, a split fences and flat test, where she placed 7th!

We love to see our girls applying their riding skills in different settings, especially as a barn know for sending our riders to competitive NCAA and IHSA programs.

Martha and L.B. Compari capped off their week in Culpeper with a win in both the Maclay and Medal, and also secured 3rd in the VHSA jump seat and 3rd in the VHSA flat. They secured their ticket to the Gladstone Cup in June as well as the AYR Challenge this August!

Samantha Bourque and Colbrew had a fantastic Spring Classic! The pair won 1st place in the NHS 3'3" Medal, 2nd place in the MHSA 3'3" Medal, and 3rd place out of a very competitive group in the VHSA/MHSA Flat Medal.

What a finale!

Willow Wood closed out the Swan Lake Winter Finale with some big success!

Waverly Elwell was reserve in the Short Stirrup on Absolut and Whiskey Business and Danielle continue their tricolor streak with reserve in the Thoroughbred Hunters this weekend!

Other highlights:

Sam & Colbrew won the Dover/USEF medal, 2nd in MHSA, 2nd in MHSA Flat, 2nd in Maclay, 3rd in NHS.

Martha & L. B. Compari 2nd in Dover/ USEF, 3rd in Maclay, 4th in MHSA Flat

Kasey & Charakter 3rd, 5th, 7th in Low Children’s

King Louie stepped into the greens for the first time with Martha aboard.

Charlotte Clarke trotted for this first time in a show on Absolut!
