🐶💕 GROOMING FAQs 💕🐶
Hey everyone! 🩷 I’ve been getting a lot of questions about grooming, pricing, policies, and more, so I figured I’d put together a post answering some of my most frequently asked questions! 🐾✨
🐾 Pricing 💲
Full groom pricing typically ranges from $55–$100. Pricing depends on your dog’s size, coat, temperament, and grooming needs—not just their weight! 🐕 If you’d like a price estimate, send me a picture of your baby 📸 and I’ll be happy to give you a price range. Final pricing is determined once I see them in person.
🐾 Requirements 📋
All dogs must be current on their rabies vaccination before their appointment. You can send me a photo of their vaccination record through Messenger 💬 or bring a paper copy with you.
🐾 What’s Included in a Full Groom? ✂️🛁
Every full groom includes:
🫧 Bath
✂️ Haircut
🐾 Nail Trim
👂 Ear Cleaning & Ear Hair Plucking (when needed)
🐾 How Long Does a Groom Take? ⏰
My salon is one-on-one, which means your baby gets my full attention from start to finish. 🩷 I work at their pace to help make grooming as stress-free as possible.
🐶 Small-Medium Dogs: 1–2 Hours
🐕 Large Dogs: 2–3 Hours
Some pups simply need a little extra time, and that’s perfectly okay! If your appointment is taking longer than expected, I’ll always keep you updated. 💕
🐾 Do You Work With Aggressive Dogs? ❤️
I will work with any baby until it’s deemed unsafe to continue. I actually have several dogs who were labeled “aggressive” by other groomers but absolutely love me! 🤣
Dogs can be very particular and sometimes just need to find the right person—and sometimes that’s me! 🥹 Your dog’s safety and well-being will always come first. If they’re too stressed or it’s unsafe to continue, I’ll call you and we’ll discuss the best next steps together.
🐾 Matting 🪮
Humanity over vanity is something I strongly believe in. 🩷 If your dog is matted, I will not brush out severe mats and cause unnecessary pain. Instead, we’ll do a shave-down if needed, and I’ll happily give you tips to help prevent matting in the future.
If matting becomes a recurring issue, an additional matting fee may apply, as it takes extra time and is harder on my equipment.
🐾 Running Late? 🚗
If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
🐾 Cancellation Policy 📅
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show, a $25 cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
If this happens more than once, a $55 non-refundable deposit will be required for future appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding in those situations. 🫶

While I’m grooming, the pup on my table has my full attention. 🐶 Because of that, I may not always be able to answer the phone. Feel free to leave a voicemail, and I’ll return your call as soon as I can.
💬 Facebook Messenger is the fastest and easiest way to reach me! Since I groom one-on-one, I may not be able to respond immediately, but I’ll always get back to you as soon as I can.
🐾 Scheduling 🗓️
I am by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins.
I’m currently booking several weeks out, and the holidays fill up FAST! 🎄🎃🍂 If you know you’ll need your pup groomed for a special occasion, be sure to schedule ahead to reserve your spot. Once my schedule is full, it’s full!
