Hello guys!
First and foremost, I want to apologize for not being active much since my last post. The day I posted my last post, November 7, 2024. Was quite literally the worst day of my life. As most of you know, I’ve been on chemo for three years, lost my hair, lots of weight, spent many of day in the hospital & have also been a single mother of two littles with very little help from others My daughter Jolynn, who is five. My son Walker, who is three. Where both in a fatal accident. Because of a court ordered time sharing agreement, my children’s father picked them up around 5:45pm that day & it was the last time I ever got to hug, kiss, or love on my baby girl earth side. The three of them where in a terrible car accident, a bystandered (Our AJ) was able to remove my son from his car seat in a timely manner, however my daughters car seat was to tight, snug & wouldn’t release. Therefore she was stuck. The car was on fire, their father was not in the vehicle when the bystandered arrived to the scene — what he was really doing, I don’t know. He suffered injuries, but anything more than those tiny details. I have not been able to confirm. With that being said, I have spent time attempting to grieve, grow somehow in life and recoup my purpose here earthside. I lost my home in the mix of everything so life has been tough but, the world continues to spin.
Moving forward, I have attempted to start a nonprofit organization that will eventually sponsor seniors (one high school at a time) as they graduate high school with a free seat belt cutter and a glimpse of what it may be like to know simple car seat safety roles.
I want to thank every single one of my ongoing customers who have walked through this journey from start to today. When life took a turn for the worst, without hesitate you stood by me, when most left. I truthfully don’t know where I’d be without you guys.
With that being said, school will be starting very soon. My business hours & availability will be changing a tad. We are open based on appointments & we love to care for our fur babies.
I can’t say everyday is easy, but i can say we haven’t given up so that’s a plus. We pray for better daily every given chance and just hope that one day, rather it be through JoLynns name or one dog groom at a time that we are able to change somebody’s life.
With August approaching, which is all three of our birthday months, (JoLynn- 8/9/19, Walker- 8/12/21 & mine- 8/15) i would like to start the month off in a proper fashion. I would grow this business page & my nonprofit page, For The Love of JoLynn with that being said, because jolynn was FIVE years old, i will be giving away FIVE of her tshirts, with a seat belt cutter & bracelets.
