The NC STATE AUXILIARY MILEAGE FOR CASH 50/50 will start on 01JUN24 and end at midnight 30NOV24. This event is a 50/50 event with half of the proceeds going to the Auxiliary Scholarship fund and half of the proceeds going to one winner. You must be a member of the CVMA® to participate and win. The drawing will be done Facebook live from the State page ( https://www.facebook.com/CVMANC15 ) on 7DEC24.
To enter, you will need to fill out a Google form ( https://forms.gle/BvgtpCSVrtCSdUT99 ). At the end of the form, it will direct you to the State store to purchase one of the three levels of play. All forms submitted before 01JUN24 will not be saved. If you do not have a Google account send your member number, road name, chapter number, beginning odometer, and photo of odometer to ([email protected]). Purchases can be made all the way up to 30NOV24 however miles will only count from the purchase date and current mileage on that day. You do not have to be present to win.
To close out this event all participants will be sent a link to fill out their ending mileage on a Google form. If you do not have a Google account email ([email protected]) your ending mileage and photo of the odometer. You must submit your form by midnight on 30NOV24 so we can determine how many tickets you earned. A spreadsheet with all participants' member numbers will be sent out before the drawing on 7DEC24, this way you will know how many tickets and what your ticket number range will be.
- All miles ridden on your motorcycle count from start to finish of this event.
Your initial purchase entitles you to the number of tickets at the time of purchase. (See ticket cost breakdown below).
Entry - $25 issued 2 tickets
$45 issued 4 tickets
$65 issued 6 tickets
Every 200 miles you ride on your motorcycle will earn you more tickets (at no cost) to win depending on the level you purchase.
For example, if you ride 1,000 miles you would earn:
---$25 level will get you 10 additional tickets (initial 2 plus 10) for a total of 12 tickets
---$45 level will get you 20 additional tickets (initial 4 plus 20) for a total of 24 tickets
---$65 level will get you 30 additional tickets (initial 6 plus 30) for a total of 36 tickets
*****If a new bike is purchased during this event, you must send an ending odometer photo of the old bike and a photo of the new bike odometer to the [email protected] email. If this is not done, you will not be eligible to win.
