Happy Monday! ☀️

We're open today and stocked with fresh sourdough bread, farm-fresh produce, locally raised beef, chicken, and pork, raw local honey, goat milk soap, and so much more.

When we opened our farm store, our goal was simple: to bring high-quality, natural, and organic products to our community while supporting local farmers and makers. Your support has made that dream possible, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

Whether you're stopping in for your weekly groceries or just browsing, we'd love to see you. Thank you for shopping local and supporting small businesses. We look forward to serving you soon! ❤️🌱

Busy chopping celery for the freezer. Stems get frozen on a cookie sheet and poured into a ziplock once frozen and when cooking, I can scoop out what I want to use. Leaves get tossed in a bag and into the freezer for making broth/stock another day

Here’s a recipe for my favorite creamy celery soup:

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or olive oil
1 onion, diced
4–6 cloves garlic, minced
2 large bunches celery, chopped
1–2 cups celery leaves
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
6 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 tsp thyme
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2–1 cup cream

Instructions
In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, celery, and celery leaves in butter until softened.

Add potatoes, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are very tender.

Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or standard blender.

Stir in cream and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve warm with crusty bread, croutons, or shredded cheese.
