Wag Love Pets It's all about the Wag! All services are by appointment only. Drop off time is 7:30am to 9:00am and pets must be picked up by 5:30pm.

We offer both specific groom time appointments or if you need to drop off pets on your way to work or running errands, we will call you when your pet/s are ready.

Brahms is the cutest four month old Miniature Schnauzer puppy who got had his first introduction to professional grooming today! Instead of regular clipping, Brahms is being handstripped and had a mini session to introduce him to the process.

Getting your puppy started with grooming early helps them build confidence and feel comfortable with the sights and sounds of the salon. Early desensitization creates everlasting positive experiences and redued anxiety around the grooming process.

Hand stripping is a grooming technique used primarily for wire-coated breeds, where dead coat is gently removed by hand instead of clipped. This helps maintain proper coat texture, supports healthy skin, and preserves the rich color and natural protection of the coat—especially beneficial for breeds like terriers, schnauzers, and other harsh-coated pups.

Handstripping is a niche sector of grooming but lucky for us, we have an amazing groomer named Robyn who is knowledgeable on the subject 🐶🐾
