Just a friendly reminder that we are a small business. When you make an appointment with us and then you don't show up it costs us money. Those small amounts add up quickly and, eventually, I won't be able to stay open if we get too many people that make appointments and don't show up. When we have dogs scheduled I make sure that I have help, that must be compensated, so that we can get your dogs done in a timely, efficient manner. It also costs money to have the shop open because the electric is not free.

We love and appreciate every single one of our customers. We only ask that you, please, respect that we are a small business and we need notice if you're not going to make your appointment. This gives us an opportunity to replace you with someone else.

Thank you very much for your understanding and we look forward to seeing everyone soon.

We have some of the most thoughtful clients. Thank you so very much Ms. Slye for the beautiful homemade cake. It's so pretty I don't want to slice into it. 🤣 However, it sounds amazing and I can't wait to eat it.
