What has 3 legs, is as sweet as honey, and wants to be your snuggle buddy? It’s ME!!!!🙂
I was unfortunately hit by a car while living in Texas and lost one of my back legs. However, being one leg short hasn’t slowed me down! I run, do stairs, get in and out of the car, and hop into bed with my foster mom just fine!
Because of what I have been through, loud noises and outside surroundings can make me nervous. I need someone willing to be patient with me while I learn the world isn’t all bad.

Things I love❤️:
- other dogs...I would REALLY like a doggie friend to play with and give me confidence
- giving kisses and snuggling
- being with my person (s) once I learn I am safe
- Treats! 🙂

Things I am working on:
- gaining confidence outside of the home
- potty training...I will use p*e pads if I can’t make it outside quick enough
- getting used to little ones as quick and sudden movements scare me
- I have not been around cats, but I am very curious about wildlife.

My foster mom said I am a honey and will only make life sweeter for whoever adopts me. Could that someone be you?

Sassy, Spunky, Snuggly – Lily is all of that and more! She’s got energy to run and play, is curious and likes to have fun! She may be the smaller of her siblings, but she will definitely stand up for herself! Lilly likes to be noticed and snuggled! She’s one fun puppy!
Potty training is a work in progress – She sleeps at night in a small, indoor pen with her sister, Lola.
Our favorite thing about Lily – everything! How can you not love that face?!

Charlie is crate trained and content when left alone, sits for his meals, loves going for walks on his leash and potties outside consistently. He’s is learning all his puppy skills and aims to please! Charlie is an Aussie mix, but his smooth, short coat make grooming very easy🐶

Jan is a sweet, sensitive girl who is learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Through no fault of her own, life wasn’t always kind to Jan, and she came to foster care frightened and unsure of nearly everything around her. While she has made wonderful progress in her foster home, she is still a very timid young dog who needs a patient, gentle adopter willing to let her move at her own pace.

Beneath her cautious exterior is a gentle soul who wants to connect. Once Jan feels safe, she forms strong bonds and shows her affectionate, playful side. She gains confidence from the resident dog in her foster home, and would benefit from having a calm, well-adjusted canine companion in her forever home.

Jan is still learning many of the basics of being a family pet, including potty training and crate training, and feeling comfortable when left alone. She may cry or howl in her signature husky voice when crated or left alone, and her future family should be prepared to continue helping her build independence while understanding this will take time and practice.

Because she can become overwhelmed by loud noises, sudden movements, and unfamiliar situations, she would do best in a quieter home with older, respectful children. Jan’s instinct is to run when feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, and she’s proven to be a clever and determined pup, so careful supervision and secure doors and fences are a must as she adjusts to new surroundings.

Jan may not be the dog who runs up to greet strangers or settles in overnight, but for someone willing to give her the time, patience, and understanding she deserves, the reward will be watching her blossom into a confident and beloved companion. Peter and his siblings had a tough start to life before making their way to WNY to find their loving homes. Peter arrived in Buffalo very timid and unsure of humans. In his short time here, he’s blossomed so much and become comfortable with his foster family, even coming up and asking for pets and initiating play! It’s been so wonderful to see this terrified boy come out of his shell and learn to trust again!! He has the silliest, happiest zoomies and loves to “talk” to his humans.

Peter is working hard on leash training & potty training. It’s a work in progress that will require patience, understanding, and consistency until he learns how to be a family pet. Peter is also learning crate training and sleeps pretty well in there through the night with a few howls and cries.

Peter can be a bit of an escape artist and since huskies love to RUN, he will need a family devoted to training him slowly on leash before he’s permitted to be let outside off leash. He also would do best in a home with older children who will be respectful of his space when needed.

Peter loves other dogs and would do great in a family with an older dog to show him the ropes! He has not been cat tested that we know of but would likely be fine!

If you have a gentle patient heart and are looking for a silly boy with tons of love to give, then Peter might be just the guy for you!

If you’re looking for a little sunshine in this cold New York winter, Bubba is your perfect chance!
This sweet boy recently moved up north from Alabama in search of his forever home and has brought so much joy with him in the process. A happy, silly, energetic pup, Bubba lights up a room and never fails to put a smile on every face he encounters. Bubbs is an excellent cuddle bug, playmate to humans and pups alike, and loves nothing more than to romp around with his fur foster siblings and then snuggle up with his foster humans & a good chew toy.
While he is still a young puppy and is learning the ropes, he is doing a fantastic job with potty training, gives cues when he’s ready to go outside, and uses a puppy pad like a pro when it’s urgent. He loves to sleep in bed right in between his people but can also handle his crate overnight- although it’s not his favorite place to be, he’s getting more comfortable in it with time. He’s learning to walk on a leash like a champ, and working hard to learn that no matter how excited he is to go for a walk, it’s no rush and he doesn’t need to pull!
From his soft floppy ears to his sweet big brown eyes to the tail that never stops wagging, Bubba is sure to bring endless happiness to his forever family. He’s up for any adventure, all the company, and wants nothing more than a family to match the love he has to give. He’s going to make the perfect addition to any loving, active family ready to take on a puppy and make some extra room in their hearts for this very special young man.

House trained, crate trained, great on the leash, loves to travel in or out of his crate. Other dog friendly.
Kohler is a sweet little gentleman. Kind and cooperative. Baths, grooming, nail trims… he does it all. He is very content to lounge next to you or alone. New experiences can overwhelm him initially, but a few minutes of observing and he’s all in.

Looking for his glitch? Yes, he has one…Koehler snores! It’s quiet and endearing with little snuffles and snorts. He is a very well mannered little man.
